OMG....... Finally!!!!!

OH MY ......The Excitement!!!!!! I have 1 whole official follower. Seriously I am soooo excited. I love that someone that I don't know liked my blog enough to sign up to hear about my obsessions and rants. Some of my family doesn't  even love me that much. LOL!! jk ;)  Too much!! Okay off to wash material to start sewing a baby quilt. And again to my one official follower, Thank You for making my day. :)

All or Nothing?

Does life have to be all or nothing? Are you selling yourself short if you settle for some rather than none? If you do decide to go with a little, are you going to be hurting more than a little because you know that that you agreed that you can be the one of lesser importance?  So what are you telling them or yourself of your worth? Or are you showing that you are being the more loyal, and caring one by trying to stay in touch? But I feel that truly I am a good friend and loyal person. Unless you hurt me or my family too much. But maybe that is just my reality and I am wrong. Do old "friends" ever stand up for there older missed friends, even if it will cause them distress with those they are now closer with? Or is it time to just count your losses and do the grieving that comes with that and move on to ones who can love and appreciate you for you?

What do I want from a friendship?

* One to be loyal. * To be loving. * To be kind. * To be patient.* To be reasonable. * To be accepting. * To not judge. * To be mature.* To be humble. * Too not think what they can get from the relationship, but what they can give. * To remember all the good times and support over the years and not concentrate on the mistakes or bad moments. * To forgive you for not being perfect, because we are all human. * To really try to see your true heartfelt motives.

Maybe I just have to many expectations ,that aren't reasonable. I truly question if this can ever really happen. Not that there won't ever be hard times, because there always will be. But does anyone stick it out for the sake of a friend? A True Friend.

If I only had a the all the answers then I could move on easier.  But I think the true answer is it is time to move on,  especially when you don't see hope for change. The one to protect is yourself.  I need to prove to myself that I am worth it. I deserve more.
Not just what scraps are left over.

Extra....Extra..... read all about it . Hudson is Our Local Celebrity

 Surprize, Surprize!!!!
Our Hudson is Famous!

So on Wednesday Surprise! Hudson was in the local paper .
We did the interview and pictures last week, but we forgot to ask when it was going to be printed. So on Wednesday ......wallah there it is.  Mr. Hudson Hatzell 'Putting the Awesome in Autism'.  (Cheesy little saying I came up with awhile ago. lol)

Love the pictures of him and Paula.  Me however thank goodness it's blurred. Just remember the camera adds 20 pounds. Eeeeks. Wow! N-Eway the article turned out great! So excited for Easter Seals, and so happy to have known Paula as long as we have. She is truly a gem. Love her!

Notice Hudson's hand. Signing 'I love you'. Total mistake....but neat.

So take a look at the article. Turned out nice. Excited for the Open House,it will be cool to be there and see what Paula and everyone at Easter Seals has been working hard for. The more help, families can get the better. Feel so fortunate to be near a place that has been able to guide us through our ever going journey with our boys.

Warm Comfort.....

Today all my boys are either sick or getting sick. So what better that a big warm pot of Soup. Soup always reminds me of my Mom. It's one of her favorite things. Nothing better than a house smelling of soup on a rainy fall day.

"Soup is cuisine's kindest course.  It breathes reassurance; it steams consolation; after a weary day it promotes sociability, as the five o'clock cup of tea or the cocktail hour."
Louis P. De Gouy, 'The Soup Book' (1949)

GROSS!!Time to pull out the big guns, I will be purchasing chemicals to rid you of my life. { Man if that would only work for some people. hee hee :)

GROSS!!

Bleck!!!

So this little complicated , crazy, roller coaster that is my life.....bleck. Having a blah day. Last couple of days  with the boys have been  particularly difficult . Arrrggg!!! We do so well for so long and then, HEY road bump!!!!! Why? Who the heck knows.

Hudson is still refusing to go poop in the toilet, he wet his pants twice yesterday.(which he doesn't do usually) I think in the last 5 days I have been bit 6 times. And the constant screaming and demands are about to drive me to my early grave. I hear him at night twisting and turning and grumbling so I know that he is not sleeping well .Again why? Today he cried and didn't want to go to school. Had to put him on the bus. He loves school and the bus. What gives?

Hayden on the other end of the spectrum has been a little booger also. Yesterday I took him to  pioneer park to see his friend Nicholas, that he has been bugging me to see sooo much lately, what does he do?  FREAKS on me at the park. Full fledged meltdown screaming flaying on the ground, crying like I am the worst mother in the world. Why? All for his current obsession for the little monopoly tickets at his favorite place-Mc Donalds. Good Sweet Lord!!!  What triggered this meltdown that lasted at least 30 mins in plan view in a public park. Nicholas had a Happy Meal from McD's. Oh holy Hannah the water gates were opened. Did he recover? Well as good as Hayden usually does. Whole night.....we were on edge!  Last meltdown of the day, he closed himself in the closet refusing to take his medicine. 20 mins of negotiations. Ufta!

What bothers me the most. The unpredictability of what my day is going to contain. I'm I going to have to be in full fledge Mommy Combat today or are we going to functions fairly well? If I knew, then I could prepare my mind. The constant uncertainty from day to day or even hour to hour is exhausting.

But hey what are ya going to do? Bleck!!!!

P.S-  By the way I am just joking with the pics. ;)
